Planning permission secured for a Local Centre at Stanton Cross🏘️ Sitting at the heart of Stanton Cross, the Centre will deliver retail spaces, a convenience store, gym and more. We’re now in the process of finalising contracts with a commercial developer to deliver the Centre.

Coming soon...🏘️ Plans have been submitted for a new Neighbourhood Centre at Stanton Cross, including a convenience store, smaller retail units and a day nursery. We're working with a specialist commercial developer, who will deliver the Centre, once plans are approved.

Our summer fete will take place this Saturday 10th August! We’re sure it’s going to be a great day and we’re looking forward to seeing some familiar (and some new) faces there! Here are some pics from 2023’s summer fete while we get ready for 2024!

We’ve been busy improving the paths in the town park that lead into the estate. We’ve replaced the gravel paths with new buff tarmac, making them smoother and easier to use.

Stanton Cross Developments would like to thank Darren Michael and Arron Fellows for arranging such a brilliant day for everyone. We were pleased along with our housebuilding partners to support with fundraising and logistics and look forward to next year’s.

On Saturday, the Stanton Cross community came together to enjoy the sunshine as part of the 2nd annual summer fete. Organised by the Stanton Cross Resident’s Association, a huge number joined in activities from face painting to inflatable assault courses and more!

Stanton Cross has contributed more than £200 million to infrastructure improvements, including building @stantoncrosspri, which we’re thrilled celebrated its official opening yesterday. Congratulations to all involved on creating such a fantastic environment for local children!

Following World Book Day, we sent the children at @stantoncrosspri two story books each, ensuring that all the children have access to more books to read at home. One of the favourites was The Kind Activity Book.
