Mischa, your diagram is pure mental gymnastics. An angle simply gets smaller as an object moves farther away, it doesn’t ‘become negative.’ You’re inventing math fiction to defend cartoon cosmology. @Michael54301847 @FlatEarthZone If all they had to do was get 250 miles up, they could do it in a matter of minutes. But not only do they have to get to that altitude, they have to match the exact trajectory and location of the ISS. That takes a lot longer.

Meanwhile, sunsets alone make no sense on a flat earth, let alone myriad other observations. And I'd like to hear about the heliocentric model "constantly being revised."

It is constantly being revised to accommodate new observations. Conversely, there are MANY things (selenelion eclipses) that unequivocally falsify it.

Polaris remains perfectly fixed above us, night after night, while the rest of the stars rotate around it. Yet, we are told we are spinning at 1,000 mph, hurtling around the sun at 67,000 mph, and careening through the galaxy at over 500,000 mph. If all of that were true, wouldn’t Polaris shift, even slightly? But it doesn’t. The firmament declares the truth. The earth is fixed, unmoving, just as the Bible says. Trust your eyes. Trust the Word. The deception runs deep. Good night, rest in truth…

@MagaMikeboll64 @FlatEarthZone Polaris isn't even the pole star in Ptolemy's star catalog from c. 300 AD. And, no, I can't verify every single aspect of modern astronomy on my own. But I can study it well enough to understand that it makes way more sense than the alternatives.

Why is everyone so against a flat tax for everyone ? 5% across the board, no tax codes to help someone cheat, nothing else. You just pay 5% whether you make $1000 or $10,000,000,000.

If the Earth were truly spinning at 1,000 mph, a hovering helicopter should see the ground move beneath it—yet it never does. Meanwhile, we’re told a bullet’s short flight is affected by Earth’s rotation. Why the double standard? Think critically.
