How do people tell if they are doing well at their jobs? How do some ppl slack off and get away with it? If I do quit, may the next job be a nice one that feels like a cozy retirement home and not a computer that is not turned off until it dies kinda job 🥹

I am sincerely thinking of looking for a much easier job. While I enjoy working here, I feel like I'm constantly exhausted from trying my bestest to complete tasks assigned to me, but no matter how hard I try, I can never complete everything, yet my boss tells me I'm doing fine

I'm not reaching my goal of being able to stream, I'm constantly just eat sleep work repeat, my depression came back and I had to fight that too... The only other issue rn is that if I quit, I need to serve a 3 month notice... which means its a gamble to quit without a plan

I got a job so that I can continue to stream. Job took away the time and energy I can use to stream. Should I say bye Job and hewawo Poverty? 😂

I have this crazy habit of pulling my nails until my fingers bleed. Yeah it hurts but it feels good to me❤️

Due to a scheduling mishap, I will be working from 10 to 10 tmr and fri 🥹 Its partially my fault for not reading the schedule properly.. but my manager also is at fault for forgetting to ask me 😭 RIP Star ☠️ We'll live thru this somehow 😂

Due to my inability to focus on work from mental health issues... I ended up working from 11am - 6am the day before... I really want to stream but I'm dead tired. Depression wants my energy. Anxiety wants my energy. My boss is the cause of both 😂☠️

@ptcaruana Honestly my boss isnt directly giving me the problems. Its a byproduct of her not planning stuff properly 😅 So its difficult to explain
