2nd time StarHub app completely broken can’t top-up, money stuck in wallet. Support only says “delete & reinstall” (doesn’t work). Refund denied, had to use bank app. @StarHubCares @StarHub please credit my bill immediately!

Friends, here’s a great example to always screenshot when you paid your bills, topped up your credits and what not! Even with ss-proof, @StarHub @StarHubCares still did not resume my line. This reflects very well on their credibility. @IMDAsg

@StarHub Talked to the CS 1633 on 12/01/26. Supposed to expect a call on 13/01/26 7PM to 9PM because CS checked my available timing. But you called me at 13/01/26 10:40AM when i was at work and not convenient to talk at all. It’s 14/01/26 9PM now… no attempt to call again?

Hey @StarHub 🤡 You upgraded my broadband from 1Gbps to 5Gbps and somehow made everything worse. • Internet is choppy • Alexa keeps dropping in and out • My “5Gbps” can’t even stream 4K — stuck at 480p / 720p Congrats on achieving negative upgrades. More speed on paper lah

@StarHubCares @StarHub Since morning I have been trying to recharge my prepaid sim, but the new app is not letting me sign in using OTP. Each time it says invalid OTP. After some tries apps starts showing under maintenance. The experience is so frustrating.
