I refuse to let mainstream animation deprive us of diverse stories for young women , femmes and queer folks because "little jimmy" can't relate. It's ridiculous when there is a desire and a yearning for these stories.

It's really disappointing but honestly nothing I haven't heard before. The YA demographic here in the states is so misunderstood And media for girls and femmes is seen as lesser. People like magical girls. And if Pixar won't do it then we will. Check out our black magical girls

I can only imagine the TADC crew are just as stoked about this theatrical release as I was for KPDH suddenly getting one too 🥹 Say whatever you want about "selling out"- I love that TADC is yet another example of indie/streaming-only projects being requested for the big screen

Boycotting Glitch wont do anything but hurt the indie sphere. If TADC fails a theater run, then what would that do to the other indie shows that wants to have a theater release? Stop being so entitled and just suck it up. You can avoid spoilers, you can wait a week.

GASPPP LESGOOOOOO!!! I don't think people are comprehending how cool it is that the release in multiple countries is happening on the same dates. I had to avoid spoilers for Wicked 1 & 2 for 4 months each until it finally hit theaters here! And even longer for other films.
