@jocadbz The only sizeable torrent I've ever downloaded was a collection of Warhammer STLs that was around 3TB. Shit was so disorganised that I had to make a browser tool to unzip the files and view them to see what they contained.

When scrolling through torrents, a big size often means that the person who made it put great care into it. It reminds me when I was scrolling sukebei and found a 1,5TB torrent. I was suprised, because who in their sane mind would torrent a terabyte of porn? So naturally, I downloaded it and found the material of extreme quality, all properly categorized and annonated. Even the videos had handcrafted substitles with Speaker names on it. FOR PORN. I deleted it after for obvious reasons, but the effect it had on me persists to this day.

@blind_via Something else they all do that I think is not in the right direction is the love for pick and place; we need to focus on creating as many components as possible using the machine if we really want true PCB manufacturing at home.

@blind_via They have done some amazing work in the field. Kronos Mechatronics is the only company I know of that is close to what they are doing, but I don't think their machine is for sale or nonplanar.

@Nikuw2137 Been running a W451 as my main laptop for nearly 8 years. Just recently replaced it with a x220. Upgraded littery everything that was upgradable. Went from an i5 to an i7, 32gig 3k screen. Even cut the bottom for better cooling but tbh I don't know if that did anything.
