@RelianceCares feels odd that this is your twitter handle. Do you really ‘care’? Is it typical for customers to lodge a complaint, about how a complaint was handled, only to expect ZERO follow up. Guess it’s ok expect damage when having water heater replace. #poorservice

@MaggieKeresteci @MaggieKeresteci one of the most impactful moments when caring for both my dying parents was a care coordinator (Joan) turning her chair, looking at me and asking ‘how are doing in all this’; ‘what do you need to help you get through this’. 20yrs & her impact is still felt! ❤️

Just “caught up” on emails, closed about 80 internet tabs, consolidated 10 to do lists and cleaned my desk. Can’t remember the last time I felt this refreshed/organized/in control! The value of a rare but important catch up day!
