My landlord increased my rent by 100% last December. I’ve been in this compound since 2021. As a medical personnel, I’ve always helped him, his family and even their friends for free whenever they had any health concerns. This morning, he messaged me about a medical issue. I told him consultation is ₦10k. He called, shocked, asking when I started charging. I told him I need money to pay the new rent, so I can’t keep doing it for free. He got angry and ended the call. Abeg, did I do anything wrong?

Dear God, I need a better paying job asap. Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. A job that closes for the year. With a staff bus, 30 days paid annual leave, kind bosses and colleagues. A job that pays a 13th month salary and shares rice and oil. Amen. 🙏

@finepeyju Hmmm, me right now. No structure at all. An event Centre. Supposed Manager, yet no Gate Man, no technical team ( I put on the Generator and put it off myself) No Stand by cleaners ,we have only 2 old woman to clean a 500capacity hall after event. No office space, No light
