2022 was the first time in probably a decade I actually spent a decent amount of time drawing, and honestly, the improvement feels pretty intense from January till now. Here's my year in review! [🧵]

@Elijxxxah @muracommie We can say they then do the bare minimum. Because even as the only people we can rely on for these things, too often they simply dont care to do any work at all. Even for kidnapping. Its usually families that have influence that put the pressure to act in waaaay too many cases.

The Bible says all people are undeserving but by the grace of God all people can be restored. It does not say rich people can't go to heaven. It says its hard for a rich man because the love of money is a corrupting influence that deceives many into coveting things of this earth.

Its so funny how theres a verse spoken by Jesus himself that literally just says "if you are rich you will not get into heaven" with no room for interpretation and every Christian just completely ignores it

@prerecessiongrl I think for me it was thr projection onto the inquistor that felt weird. It just felt to me like there was somehow less character agency than I felt in da 1 and 2 even in places there was technically less dislogue options?

we used to have this tech (dragon age 1-3) and we lost it when every RPG decided it needed a romance system but not every RPG writer team actually cared to write romance (fallout 4, bg3, those in between-y rpgs like greedfall...)

@prerecessiongrl Like theres story and character choices that effect the romances, too. Characters can leave the party or break it off with you if you cross their boundaries or dont support them, and sometimes thats easy to miss or a grey area.

@prerecessiongrl A lot of inq turned me off- like only being to romance iron bull if you agreed to be the sub in a bdsm situation. It felt waaaay less actually choice based overall to me.

@lady_katara unfortch a lot of people who like sandman also seem to not get/like morpheus. i don't understand the math

Sandman is one of the only shows where the main character is actually a fan favorite like wow that's impressive

Your bedroom is a scared place, it shouldn’t be shared on video with millions. You might feel terrorized not quite understanding why they broke in your home to film.

I’m very happy that Don Lemon was arrested but there is one extremely important caveat now that it’s been done: He HAS to be convicted and sent to prison for an extended length of time. If he is not convicted or not seriously punished then this whole thing is an unequivocal win for him. It makes him a martyr and ten times more famous with no significant consequence. Lemon was totally irrelevant prior to this. Nobody watched his show or even knew that he was still alive. Now he’s relevant again. He’ll almost certainly get another job in cable news on the heels of this. The only way to make this a win for the good guys is to punish him severely. Make the reward of fame and martyrdom not worth the cost. If you won’t do that then you never should have arrested him.
