@ftmherald @theviscountjask To me, Viktor realizing that everything he did was wrong in the end doesn't erase the fact that he did those things. I don't think he's absolved of all blame because of a brief clarity sequence in the very last episode. He WAS the antagonist and always has been in the lore

@theviscountjask it seems like riot’s/wr’s big focus is viktor = arcane herald scary bad which feels like kind of a disservice given that viktor comes back to himself right before he dies and realizes the terror of everything that happened when he lost his agency

That composition portrays Viktor as nothing but Jayce's enemy to me. If the goal was to show Viktor as something good, then it's be Viktor's human hand or the Herald's, instead of the hand of his final transformation that was fully under the arcane's control at that point.

@theviscountjask The only thing I disliked about it was the whitewashing. I liked how Mel's hand was on his heart and Viktor's hands were reaching for his neck. I thought that was a cool and symbolic contrast. It makes me sad how the artist is getting harassed so badly
