Hit the dirt yesterday for my first experience with the @CamWoodBats Hands & Speed Trainer! Repped two with it, two with my bat for all my tee work! Sundays with family (and teammates) in the “Small Town USA of Troy” never disappoints! We watched the Trojans go head to head versus Georgia State…where Troy…WALKED. IT. OFF. ⚔️🔥⚔️ Then we hit the dirt for a mini all-skills camp! THANK YOU to the staff for all they do at these camps to make them so personable, fun AND give feedback we can take home! Even hit a metrics PR in my Overhand! 62mph!
