Called @StateFarm and the stupid agent said even though they double charged the only way to return our money is to cancel our home insurance policy 😂 I told him I hope he can’t sleep well for the next 12 days. He had zero sympathy for what hole he put us in.

I’ve had @StateFarm insurance forever, never needed them for anything. Pay my bill on time every single month, now that I need them for the simplest windshield repair, they can’t help me… what the hell am I actually paying you for? What happens if I have a real accident?

I remember when companies valued longevity. My family and I have been with @StateFarm probably almost 30years and the way the handle us you would think we were new customers with PIP. Every policy on our vehicle has full coverage, 7 cars total even the oldest vehicle

@StateFarm and @Toyota most frustrating experience in my entire life. SF u’re cheap af and TYTA w/labor and using new parts are robbing the customer. The only person u guys make suffer is da customer. Truck stolen/found. Still truck is at TYTA for 2 mos

@StateFarm is the absolute worst. 2 weeks to get a claims adjuster to inspect damage (that was not due to a natural disaster). Completely unacceptable.

I can reliably say that I know why people are pissed with insurance companies. @StateFarm is dragging its feet to pay out for an accident. The wife was rear-ended by an unlicensed driver, in police report, but they say they have to investigate. They are screwing people!
