Well first, I appreciate your charming response. Second, please know that after 9 - 10 weeks of “no movement” from @StateFarm I had to write a letter to the Commissioner of Insurance for the State of TN in order to get SF to do their job. Consumers deserve transparency that SF “was” there…but made it very clear — by dragging their feet — they prefer pleasing their investors over delivering on their consumer promises. We just wish you’d be transparent about this rather than gloss over this. Call a spade a spade.

On December 15 we were on vacation & our pipes burst. Ended up being a $90K insurance claim with @StateFarm (who moved slower than a snail…took 12 weeks to get check in hand). Well…we are finally done. The house is all put back together. Grilling steaks tonite!!!
