@StateIndustries whats up with your tech support?? You gonna send me 1 diagnostic step at a time, hangup the phone and have me wait another 40 minutes till someone answers so I can tell them what the inlet vs outlet temp is...couldn't just tell me to do that over the phone?

.@StateIndustries my warranty company (2.10) installs one of your water heaters in my home about 4 years ago. It already busted — so, 2.10 benefits from the warranty but I’m out 1K to install it? So you provide a wholesale replacement…and I’m out $1500 in 4 years. Unfair.
