Renter/homeowner has been a big indicator of where the "DEM Tea Party" is surging. With @StateNavigate Filter, you can see the % of each state legislative district that is renting/owning. Coming out Thursday.

.@StateNavigate is soon launching what I believe to be its biggest achievement: Atlas Filter. A system where you can filter every state legislative district we have (soon, all of them) by 80+ fields of data. Election data, demographic data, finance data, incumbent party, etc.

Imagine a tool where you can set 80+ different fields for a filter to see what state legislative districts across the country match your parameters. How many seats are born 50%+ born in-state? How many are Trump +5-10 seats? How many are majority-renter? @StateNavigate. Soon

Democrats are currently projected to pick up 74 state legislative seats in the 9 states with a @StateNavigate election forecast so far; in 2018, Democrats picked up 77 seats in these states. Note: MN Senate wasn't up in 2018. statenavigate.org

The marquee race of the WV GOP Senate primaries was in Charleston's SD-17, where Tom Takubo drummed his opponent.
