@StateFarm I really need help. Yesterday a State Farm roadside tow company towed my 4WD 2016 Ford Explorer to the dealership on 2 wheels instead of a flatbed and damaged the drive train. Agent said I needed to call the tow company and deal with it myself. Tow owner argued with me
