Stateless Consensus

1/ Ethereum has been on a multi-year journey to scale: L2s, blobs, gas limit increases, gas repricings, and ePBS. Each step boosts throughput, but it also puts more pressure on state, the layer everything else depends on.

@levs57 @CPerezz19 Sha256 isn't necessary. Blake3 is definitely an option we are considering.

@CPerezz19 @StatelessEth Hi. Is using sha2 absolutely necessary? I think from provability standpoint both blake and keccak would fare better...

8/ Address-based storage: an early idea from @ngweihan_eth to improve storage locality in a binary tree, especially for mapping patterns. The goal is to group related storage together, improving IO efficiency—potentially lowering gas for common paths and slowing state bloat.
