From Today, after the system update, employee names are not appearing in the ECR statement. This is causing serious issues because contractor payments are cleared only after verification of each employee name in the ECR. Request @officialepfo to kindly revert to the old system

1/2 @socialepfo Now only members can create new UAN via face authentication. But if the employee is in another state & lacks tech knowledge or a smartphone, how will the employer deposit PF? This rule is causing chaos & difficulty for both employer & employee.@StatutorySolut

@socialepfo @StatutorySolut 2/2 @socialepfo Not all employees are tech-savvy or have smartphones. Your circular assumes everyone can use face auth & UMANG app, which barely works most of the time. How practical is this? Please rethink - it’s creating huge issues for interstate workers & their employers.
