Hey @StayWrogn I just ordered on wrogn app and my delivery address is wrong. I neither able to change the address nor cancel the item. When I click cancel it shows no item found. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

@StayWrogn My order WG378589 hasn’t been delivered for 15 days despite multiple tickets. Delivery partner Shadowfax @ShadowfaxIndia (SF3067734802USL) hasn’t responded. Daily told to “wait for today” but nothing happens.
Please cancel the order and initiate my refund immediately.

I ordered this shoes 30-45 days ago & this is it’s condition now. Is this the quality that @StayWrogn is giving it’s customers. In just over a month the shoe is tearing apart.

Very disappointing service. I ordered 3 T-shirts and requested return due to issues. Pickup was attempted twice but marked as “Return Failed” without valid reason. Once the parcel was even taken and returned next day.

@StayWrogn My phone is active and reachable. I have also tried calling your support number more than 20 times, but the call is not connecting.
Please arrange a re-pickup immediately and ensure the delivery agent calls me before marking the order as unreachable. This is very disappointing.
