Hey @Staybridge do you typically have your hotels run short on towels? Came back to my room in Louisville after work today. Went to get fresh towels and the desk clerk told me that she didn't have anymore and that I wouldn't receive any untill the morning! Pathetic.

@Staybridge @IHGhotels our stay at 1910 N Sam Houston Pkwy E, Houston was extremely disappointing. Shuttle issues, dirty common areas, poor room condition, and front desk staff that showed little interest in helping when concerns were raised. DO NOT STAY HERE PEOPLE.

@Staybridge absolutely worst service. Booked our room through the website. When we attempted to check in the location had oversold the rooms leaving my family with no place to stay after driving 4 hours. front desk informed us just this once they would waive the cancellation fee

We stayed at the @Staybridge in Atlanta Midtown. Booked through Priceline. Roughly $439 from Thursday to Sunday with $225 incidentally ($50 valet parking daily pulled from incidentals, total $150 with $50 refunded due to no one responding to fix a clogged toilet Saturday night). The valet were on point (even though my black bracers are gone) and front desk staff in the mornings were very kind. With it being in stone's throw of the convention center, the Creator Summit, and everything else happening, it is now on my list of places to return. Meaning May 2026.

I am an IHG Gold member. I checked in on October 26 and will be checking out at 7:00 AM on October 31. My room was not serviced until Thursday; when it finally was, I found a stain on the comforter that made it clear the bedding had been used and not properly cleaned.

@Staybridge Sorry I’m not on either of those. I called up IHG Diamond hotline earlier in the week and received no feedback. My name is what the reservation is under and still at the hotel above. This was really just a last ditch effort of never receiving follow-up on problems over the years.

@IHGCorporate is a garbage brand. Customer service does not give a rats ass about your concerns. @Staybridge in Stafford TX installed new lights in the parking lot with a ridiculously bright light pointing at the building and in to your room so you can't look outside at night.

This hotel in Oxnard Cali is not a good place. Imagine we stayed here the operator answers in 30 rings and starts at 7 am ?? Which hotel does that @Staybridge and the counter is always no staff. Hardly you can see anyone. The rooms are not cleaned right away .

@Staybridge I would like to recognize a Staybridge contractor (1099-employee) at their Atlanta Airport location. This morning, Ronald was making his rounds and noticed that a front desk employee was unconscious. He swiftly contacted 911 which saved her LIfE! He is a HERO!

@Staybridge horrible experience @ Gainesville I75. After arriving to nobody at front desk for 20 min, Asnt GM calls me next day, not to apologize but to tell me its "not my business" why no one was at the front desk then tells me I should have "common sense" unreal! Never again
