Football practice starts Monday August 10 6-8:30 pm. You MUST have a physical to participate. You will get a reminder to fill out the Covid test also (like you did for camp). We will be in helmets only and remember to bring water.See you Monday!!
Great finish to camp last night! Enjoy your time off during the dead week but keep working. We need to come in August 10 in shape and ready to work. Get a physical if you haven’t already done so, and bring the enthusiasm that you had at camp and we’ll be ready to go!!
Remember to bring your own water to camp this week. We can not supply water for the group like we have in the past so bring enough to get you through a hot 2 hour practice. Camp starts tomorrow at 6 pm

Monday June 22 starts phase 4 for us so we can have the whole group start off in the weight room at 8 if that works better for anyone. Last week was a great start to our summer weight lifting let’s keep it up and keep getting better

Weight room opens tomorrow at 8am and 4 pm. Most of you have already signed up for it but if you haven’t you can still come to one or the other we will get you in a group stay active stay safe and stay positive let’s work at getting better

We are canceling field workouts today due to rain. I will be here to collect waivers if you want to turn them in or come by and pick one up if you need one
Tuesday June 9 will be the start of our summer workouts. We will meet on the football field at 8 and you will need a signed waiver to participate if you do not have one we will have some available Tuesday.We plan on meeting this week from 8-9 am on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday
Tuesday June 9 we will meet on the football field for some conditioning drills. We can’t go into the weight room yet but we can work out on the field. We will be in phase 2 of the plan the district sent out. You must bring your own water and plan on working out from 8-9am
If you need a place to work out the community center is open now. You have to be 16 or older to use the weight room and need to practice social distancing. Use our PLT4M workout if you have the app. I’ll let you know when we are opening the weight room at school. Stay safe
We will NOT be starting summer workouts on May 28 as we planned. At this time we are looking at mid June to possibly begin weight room and 7 on 7 work BUT that date is also subject to change. I will update as soon as I hear anything. Stay safe, stay active, and stay positive

Ste Gen Football- Here is what I can tell you at this time: MSHSAA has told us that we must wait until school is out for the summer before ANY decisions are made regarding summer weight room and 7on 7 activities.
