Um, I may the lone conservative here on this issue, by my non-profit does offer paid paternity leave for our employees (if we had any men working for us). I mean, I think allowing fathers to stay home for a couple weeks to help moms and bond with their babies is a good thing. 🤷🏻‍♀️
