Update from the court case of Elon Musk vs OpenAI CEO Sam Altman Elon Musk testified in court saying that “AI could kill us all, and we could be heading towards a Terminator-style outcome” This is why we can’t have a Woke AI The judge is is saying no one should be posting about the cast on social media

Elon just wrapped his testimony at the Oakland Federal Courthouse in his landmark lawsuit against OpenAI, Sam Altman, and Greg Brockman, and the stakes couldn't be higher: He's asking the court to remove Altman as CEO and unwind OpenAI's recent conversion to a for-profit structure. The judge had to step in twice to remind jurors that Elon's arguments had no legal bearing, at which point Elon noted he did take Law 101, which was about the only light moment in an otherwise tense day. Altman and Brockman are both expected to testify, with Brockman up as early as Monday. If the court grants even one of @elonmusk's remedies, it could seriously derail OpenAI's plans to go public this year. Source: Wall Street Journal
