I've shown organic videos that have popped off on TikTok earning me up to $250, but this is what my regular uploads more realistically look like. A little over 1 hour from scripting to uploading - TikTok is absolutely busted right now for people making high quality content.

@Ayy_TonyRomero Mega vouch, my RPMs Q1 have been absolutely insane. Close to $5 on the high end for me and videos are earning anywhere from $50-$250. Double dipping on Facebook monetization and I'm destroying most average jobs in dollars per hour.

The reasons I’ve been going harder on vertical form content (specifically TikTok). It genuinely feels like it’s EASY MONEY. I’ve had days where I cranked out 15 videos in a single sitting and have set myself up for double uploads for the rest of the week. RPM on TikTok is paying insanely higher for quality content. Three different videos, about 3 different games. I noticed what these videos had in common are the high average view duration (more than like 45 seconds AVD). I know views fluctuate but that high RPM is what I know many TikTok gaming creators are chasing after and I’m seeing a consistency in my posts. I even had a day where I uploaded 8 marvel rival videos in a single day (1 hour apart each) and ALL were over $2 rpm going as high as $4 rpm. SIDE NOTE: videos have to at least be over 60 seconds to qualify for monetization in the creator rewards program. I’m sharing this because if you are ever concerned about posting different games or type of content on TikTok, don’t be afraid to take the leap and just do it. Yea some people will comment and be like “did you quit?” Honestly, just reply to them and be cool and hype them up for what ever you are doing. I’m trying to reach the FYP of the OTHER GAMES/OTHER CONENT CONSUMERS. If my current regulars watch the different content I’m posting then that’s cool. But I look at this as a way to increase my reach and reduce my stress of feeling like I am chained to one game/type of content. Which I know many gaming creators are worried about. Hope this helps someone out there but I’ve always been trying to share sauce with mutuals so hopefully this find the right creators or aspiring creators.

Be critical of your video statistics, work with people who are also putting in the work and the distance you can go is absolutely insane.

Stats show that there are easily over 100k+ people who regularly watch me on TikTok, but aren't following. And these followers aren't for my ego, there's strong earning potential to be had in other TT programs if I can get the 40k followers I need to hit 100k organically.

It's critical that you surround yourself with creators who are grinding just as hard as you. A 5 min discussion with @squirrel_ross has changed my follower conversion rate on TikTok from 1 follower / 3,500 views -> 1 FOLLOWER / 180 VIEWS. At scale, this 19x efficiency MASSIVE.

As usual, I'm not selling a course & I'm only making this info public for the love of the game. You cannot iterate this successfully and earn $200+ per organic post if you are not already posting the daily content for you to make these iterations on. Go make short form content.

The script rewrite took me 3 minutes. My earnings on TikTok for these videos increased from $24.70 on video 1 to $184.30 on video 2 (and counting). Admittedly, footage from early access helped but this video outperformed all my other EA content thanks to this iterative process.

Creators gotta drop their ego, no one's paying attention to if your videos flop or not. I literally made the SAME video within 2 days and not a single person noticed. Using my learnings from video 1, I reoptimized video 2's script. A breakdown on 7x'ing my earnings: (1/4)

Now to be clear, $18.62 is definitely not a livable age here in California. UGC absolutely dominates personal content, where I can make upwards of $800+ for the same hour of work. BUT personal VALORANT content is fun, so there's a balance to be struck. Thanks for reading.

Now that I've unlocked Additional Rewards on TikTok, I ran an experiment to post at least 1x 1-min video a day from Jan 28th to Mar 1st. 34 organic videos, 16 UGC 1.2m TikTok views, 1.1m IG views (typical) $1,070 in rewards (More than what I earned on organic TikTok Q1 2025).
