Stocked up on electrolytes
These sachets from Up and run are convenient and adds great flavour to my hydration drink
My hydration drink otherwise tastes too bad - because of leucine
Everyday Hydration Drink:
- 5g Creatine
- 3g Glycine
- 3g Leucine
- 4g Glutamine
- 2g Beta alanine
- 1g Sodium
- 200mg Potassium
Mix everything in 2 litre water and keep sipping through out the day
This supports cell hydration, training recovery, and tissue elasticity
Not a paid promotion - just a good product

First thing you will learn from this article is why the stock has gone down from all-time high
Why margins got diluted, why the share has gone from all-time high to its support level and still I feel it has not gone down much.
You will understand how a bearish market combined with external failure makes things worse, and also what happens when a company does not deliver as per perception and it gets a bit extended.
Where to look, what matters, because every business is different, plus valuation you have to keep in parallel, contradicting it with the market too and with external factors.
You will learn how depreciation affects the company, how to judge the order book, how to evaluate, how to read between the lines, and what variables to look for.
You will also know how investment and capex phase affect the balance sheet and if it comes with a combination of weak earnings and debt, then it hits even more, okay.

Compounding math here is staggering. It took them 16 years to reach the first 100 million tonnes
The second 100 million came in 5 years. The third in just 3 years. And the fourth and fifth 100 million tonnes were added in only 2 years each.
This is a classic S-curve. The first phase was building infrastructure. Now infrastructure is built, and incremental tonnage comes at much lower marginal cost. Brute operating leverage.
APSEZ logistics and marine services businesses are expected to grow fivefold over the next five years, as India enters a phase where logistics capacity will become a strategic driver of economic growth.
5x logistics growth signal is the real story. Ports are mature, the juice is in moving cargo from port to factory.
That’s logistics, warehousing, cold chain, container trains. Adani is building an integrated logistics monopoly across 20 ports spanning India plus Australia, Israel, Sri Lanka, and Tanzania.
Adani also mentioned his efforts to modify the structure of the organisation for faster decisions, including moving to a three-layer structure.
Organisational flattening = faster execution = more capacity added faster.

@StocksAndStoics @Normal_2610 Yes. Hopefully India operations should pick up given wind installations data that’s out.

@StealthWealth_ @Normal_2610 Thanks for sharing. During Q3FY26 call, managment had guided that KSA operations would be PAT positive in next 12 months.
Seems like it might get dealyed a bit due to the ongoing geopolitical situation.
English

India achieved its highest-ever annual wind energy addition of 6.05 GW in FY 2025–26, marking a 46% YoY growth over FY 2024–25.
The previous peak was 5.5 GW addition which was achieved in FY 2016–17. After nearly a decade, wind is seeing a meaningful revival.
It should bode well for companies like Sanghvi Movers which is highly dependent on the wind sector, deriving about 50–60% of its revenue from this segment (Windmill Crane + Wind EPC) and the remaining 40% from other sectors.

Ankit@StocksAndStoics
If we look at the capacity addition in the wind sector, India had added 4.15 GW of wind power capacity in FY25 and was expected to add 6 GW in FY26. During H1Y26, India has already added 3.08 GW of wind power capacity vs. 1.47 GW in H1FY25. This suggests that the country is well on track to exceed this target of 6 GW wind installation, which is a growth of almost 50% compared to FY25. Such strong growth in wind installations should bode well for Sanghvi Movers. (3/5)
