I’m about to get married, and my fiancé knows I have an inheritance that was left to me by my grandparents. It’s in my name only, and I’ve been saving it for years. Now he’s saying that before we get married, I should put the entire inheritance into a joint account so we can “start fresh together,” or he doesn’t think we should go through with the wedding. I’m 36 already and this is something my family worked hard to leave me. I’m torn between wanting to build a life together and feeling like I’m being pressured to give up something important to me. What do you think I should do?

@Nooor_Khan021 What a sweet boy. You just shower him with love and all that he wants. It’s hard

When do you know it’s time to say goodbye to your doggy best friend?
He’s 15, and I can tell he’s been struggling lately.
He doesn’t have cancer or anything.. I think his body is just wearing out.
I don’t ever want to let him go, but it hurts so much to watch him lying there with no energy and no spark.
I’m usually pretty good at handling stress, but this is by far the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make.

She is wondering why TJ Maxx did not want to hire her.
The second women in the video could not have said it better. 🔥
People are free to do what they want to their body with regards to tattoos, piercings, and etc. However it's not your right to expect everyone accommodate your choices.
Based response. 💯

@SECGov @SECPaulSAtkins But you don’t enforce anything when it comes to the markets. Look no further than the naked short selling in stocks like Newegg NEGG.
English

Chairman @SECPaulSAtkins:
Every SEC initiative largely falls into 1 of 3 categories: those that ADVANCE rules to align with how markets operate today, those that CLARIFY our regulatory regime, and those that TRANSFORM requirements by eliminating the burdensome and impractical.

@_wade_thomas @smerconish What kind of weirdo writes “support transgender homosexual communism?” Repeatedly in another post? You that’s who. I suggest you seek therapy.

@smerconish Ice is funded thru 2029 but the Dems have DHS shutdown trying to change that. But we know how your crowd will vote lol.
English

@smerconish Republicans control both houses of Congress and the Presidency. They own all of the blame. Instead they choose to not govern, ignoring the balancing of real concerns most Americans have about ICE.

@nobleisawinner Karen, you can absolutely take your top off too! I’m not gonna complain…not at all.

BE brutally HONEST here
WHOSE SIDE ARE YOU ON???
Is this guy in this picture OK with you??
Someone’s story: “To my neighbor who thinks mowing the lawn SHIRTLESS in a family neighborhood is totally normal. I've already contacted the authorities.
This isn't a beach. It's not a gym. It's a residential street where families live and kids are outside all the time. I don't care if it's 90 degrees out - PUT A SHIRT ON!
Basic standards and common courtesy still exist for a reason.
Broad daylight. Front yard. Acting like this is completely acceptable behavior”
Then he asks: “Am I crazy for thinking there should be at least some level of decency in shared spaces, or are we just throwing social norms out the window now? your thoughts?”

I think the housing market will depreciate 40% in the next four years. The housing market correction will affect markets differently. Here is what I forecast for individual cities.
LA - down 10%
Seattle - down 8%
Bay Area - down 7%
Las Vegas - down 60%
Phoenix - down 45%
Denver - down 30%
Dallas - down 40%
Austin - down 50%
Kansas City - down 10%
Twin Cities - down 12%
Chicago - down 15%
Detroit - down 20%
Cleveland - down 10%
New York City - down 8%
Boston - down 5%
DMV - down 10%
Nashville - down 25%
Atlanta - down 20%
Charlotte - down 15%
Tampa - down 60%
Jacksonville - down 65%
Miami - down 20%
The snowbird and transient cities are going to get hit the hardest in the housing correction. The coastal and flyover areas will be the most stable.

@HustleBitch_ I couldn't imagine being ok w this. In Indianapolis you could rent that for like 500 a month. I bought a 1300²ft house not far from the airport but far enough its not super loud for 130k. Have a pretty decent yard too.

🚨 SHE HAPPILY PAYS $3,175 A MONTH FOR A 350 SQ FT APARTMENT IN NYC — AND CALLS IT A “DEAL” — WAIT UNTIL YOU SEE INSIDE
A woman just showed her NYC apartment… and you can basically see the entire place the second you walk in.
Only ONE real window. No washer or dryer. Barely any storage.
They had to add their own kitchen island… build extra storage… and stack shoes wherever they fit just to make it livable.
She says she uses artificial lighting just to make it feel brighter… and hauls laundry down the street every week.
And somehow… this is considered a “deal.”
She says renovated units in the same building go for over $4,000/month.
The part that’s blowing people’s minds?
She says she loves it… and doesn’t want to leave.
At what point does “living in New York” stop being the dream… and start feeling like you’re paying luxury prices to live in a box?
English

@HustleBitch_ It’s small but she’s happy and that’s all that matters. Some people want to live in crappy places in the Midwest for example, this little lady is surrounded by literally everything right outside her door.
