@TheTonyaRussell I thiiiiink I did in 2021, it might have been 2 weeks later, but I'm pretty sure it was a week later. It was run for fun. I bonked really early on, lots of run/walking in the 2nd half (it was also high humidity). I ended up injured later in the season too.

I did a temporary pride logo on a Facebook brand page with expiration date of 7/1. It didn't expire or change back. Just tweeting it in case anyone else expected Meta's backend functions to work, lol silly me.

I’ve been cycling since 2012 & had my first bike crash today. So fortunate to only have a scuffed up knee. Helmets are cool, tell your influencer friends.

@TriCatherine lol I hit pause on my garmin before saying “I’m okay” out loud … front tire is ripped because I rode over the chain ring of the bike that fell in front of me.

@bartond It happens SO FAST 🤯 I’m amazed it wasn’t worse, I literally rode over the bike of the person who fell in front of me.

@Steeennaaa We hooked up the trailer Tuesday and she took my truck and went out to Eau Pleine to camp for a few days…I had doc appts…She is back tomorrow….If you wish try a couple more times, coverage is sketchy out there…I’ll message her you called anyway….

@Steeennaaa Much better here…AQI is normally around 20-25…it was 146 yesterday afternoon..Sunny and partly cloudy now…I can clearly see the highway from my chair, awful hazy yesterday….
