@MartinSLewis I'm very concerned about the Air traffic crisis expenses reimbursement. Ryanair only offered to pay 40% of claim. No compensation. Insurers point blank saying it's not covered. Other than the ombudsman I've been left high and dry. What do we pay insurance for?! 😭
