@eandmoney @centralbankuae Some people have these transfers as their main income source and now are struggling to sustain daily life necessities for their kids and family. Are we supposed to beg them for our money? Their replies are all the same and nothing has been fixed. Plz look into this asap.

@eandmoney Dear @centralbankuae. This is becoming an.imhumae issue we are all suffering from. @eandmoney has for the last week not fixed a major issue in their system. Thousands if not more are not receiving their transfers. And they continue giving the same excuse.

@eandmoney made a transfer from Mashreq bank to e& money account thru bank transfer, now more than a day still money not received in e& money account. I called e& money customer service they also taken all the information but still no update. Mashreq said they done their part.

@padmanathan94 I have not received my transfers since 4 days. Yet some people have received theirs. How does this even work or is logical. If a system is down, its down for all. When its fixed it should work for all. Yet nothing. Can anyone plz do their job on ur end right and fix this asap.

@eandmoney Hi @eandmoney , ive been following up with your team on the same issue as many others the last few days and nothing solved. All ur promises are lies. We have commitments and children that depend on us and not having our transfers in times such as now is inhumane.
