@TebogoMtshweni_@judithmargare12 Good day. It takes, on average, 12 - 48 hours for teams to attend to calls logged for the various service delivery issues, sometimes longer depending on the backlog. A team will be assigned the job and will attend to it as soon as a team becomes available. ^AM

@apda178@LyndaShacks@CityPowerJhb Remember 2 weeks ago when City Power planned a full day of maintenance at Bryanston substation but then couldn't do it because of loadshedding. That's why. Just overlapping cycles of neglected infrastructure slowly falling apart.
@LyndaShacks@CityPowerJhb This is now around the 8th unplanned outage this year - and still no indication from any party involved on why this area continuously gets impacted by unplanned outages - the silence is deafening, as is the incompetence

@virginactiveSA Please can you consider a membership option where we can access 2 or more clubs or clubs within a particular region instead of having to choose between a single club or nationwide access? Potential for an intermediate membership package and the resulting revenue.
