It genuinely breaks my brain to imagine what 1400 hours of annual sunshine must be like to live in. When going to college in Chicago, I really struggled with the seemingly endless gray of the winters. Chicago gets 2500 sunshine hours!

@jonatanpallesen Skill issue imo, deep cold is awesome esp with snow. But I get you're in a place where the norm is 30s (Fahrenheit) and fog-drizzle for months on end, which is objectively miserable. Sub-freezing temps mean you don't get wet, and wet is what ruins cold.

What counts as someone being white? 100 years ago it was pretty much just English people. Irish and Italian were seen as different. Certainly Latin people of S America are not white by any category.
