do tedd tasks always give mystery perks or is it just very common

OFFICIAL: Perma-Perks can be obtained through TEDD Trials. You must have all perks before opening the chest for a chance to get a random perma perk. It's unknown if there's any other way of obtaining them Credit to @ZoneXbez

@MargwaNetwork @ZoneXbez Also, TEDD Tasks will always reward you with a unique perk you don’t already own. Heard all your feedback regarding this with SAM trials.

Crazy to think that in ~9ish #BlackOps7 releases. Still feels unreal to work on this game with such an amazing team. I’ve learned so much working on this game and seeing the passion of the community. Looking forward to launch day and the Main Quest Hunt.
