$VXIT only convertible note is $25K. You don't have to like facts but this is a fact. If more convertible debt were to be added, it would have a maturity date. So you could read filings and estimate timeline for dilution IF that happened. Just like every other stock to ever exist. It's not rocket science and your personal anecdotes don't matter.

The Company has filed its Quarterly Report (Nov 30, 2025), Management Certification, and Change of Control disclosures as new leadership begins executing the Company’s next phase and transition to Lavish Enterprises.

@Aquahoya OTC Markets told me yesterday that they are getting the transfer agent verification done. This should be the final step, and I plan to report the completion of this process the moment we are approved with OTCIQ access. $VXIT

I'll tell you one thing I'll never do again is doubt @SteffD415. He steps into $VXIT as a CEO who has been here and done it before, bringing with him everything he's built along the way. In the past, I doubted. But I'll be honest every time I was proven wrong and watched him deliver wins. You can be like I used to be and sit on the sidelines watching.
