What an amazing end to week 3 in my new role! Seeing 1st hand our clinical teams sharing how they use data to support patient care. Feeling blessed to be part of such a fabulous team! 🤩

We are heartbroken to say Maxi Jazz died peacefully in his sleep last night. He was a man who changed our lives in so many ways. He gave proper meaning and a message to our music. He was a lovely human being with time for everyone and wisdom that was both profound and accessible.

Its been an emotional week leaving @MTWnhs. Leaving so very many special people; some of whom will be friends for life. 13 years is a long time and ive learnt so much and had some amazing and also some tough experiences. Excited for the next chapter but also so sad to be leaving

Today we held our 1st Patient First Improvement System board huddles in T&O. Such amazing engagement from the nursing staff & MDT. So proud to be part of such innovative teams as we take on new challenges to improve patient experiences @MTWnhs #pfis #worksmarternotharder
