@SusannahFox The case is on appeal to Fourth Circuit. District Court held whether JD has a disability is issue for jury to decide. Court’s dismissal was due to finding it was not necessary for CWF to allow J.D. to eat his safe food in order for him to have equal opportunity to participate.

The case was dismissed. Essentially the law does not view #foodallergy as a disability unless the person is having a reaction - and @SteinVargas is working to change that misperception #FARECon18
