I even had to go into the store and push just to get answers. Only then did they suddenly call to say it’s ready.? @itisDW The lack of communication and service is unacceptable. I shouldn’t have had to fight this hard for a simple repair. Terrible experience overall.👎🏼

Really disappointed with @itisDW eastgate I took my watch in for repair 12 weeks ago and was told it would take 9 weeks. When the 9 weeks passed, there were no updates at all I had to keep following up myself, only to be given empty promises that never happened.
