@FINITE_Gacha Nayuta biggest contribution to the story was talking another character, who a lot of people wanted to be good to kill herself.

Nayuta is not a fraud or a bum. At most, she has the beginnings of a potential man case building against her, but even then, that's mostly because we don't actually know a lot about her, and from the recent story chapters, that seems to be on purpose... Idk, the fact that a lot of people came out of Goddess Fall thinking that Nayuta was this turbo fraud has always bewildered me, as the events of Goddess Fall would have been a slaughter without her. And, as I mentioned in my long write-up a few weeks ago, the whole Mirror thing is very likely to be some form of plan on her part. It’s almost obvious to some degree. I have thought about doing a long write-up on her character, but I keep hitting a writing roadblock where I feel like I’m explaining the most basic things that the story literally tells people to try and defend her. She just isn’t a fraud, nor is she ever really portrayed as one. She’s a flawed character who struggles deeply with her humanity, but that doesn’t make her a fraud, nor does it really diminish the saint-like work that she did in Goddess Fall. The only real case to be made against her is that she is kind of a potential man, but even then, I don’t think a potential man case will stick, as 99% of the reason that I feel she falls into the format is due to her not having any story content that has been catered to just her. We don’t know jack all about this character besides the very basics, which leads to a lot of “ifs” and “when's”: “If she has a backup plan,” “If it was planned,” but for now, “never is.”

@CarrionHound @FINITE_Gacha How is she bricking the plan by sticking with the plan while also removing a heretic?

@FINITE_Gacha Nayuta suggested Nihilister to use herself as the poison chalice instead of Lilith body, which was always the plan... Nayuta also intended to originally dispose of Nihilister after retrieving the body, which means she almost bricked the entire plan.
