@AXAHealth I’ve been waiting weeks for £960 in confirmed claim payments (plus £50 goodwill you agreed).
I’ve spent 5+ hours on the phone and been told multiple times the claims are “paid” — they aren’t.
Disgraceful
@secretlabchairs Have had the worse experience with your customer services team this week. I want to cancel my order that has been sat with no status change for a week. I’ve been in contact 3 times and no one has been able to assist me with where my item is !! Awful service
