Hi Stephanie- yes, Lauren Gilroy sadly drowned in 2022. She was 22 and vanished after leaving a house party in Dundee. Her body was found later in the River Tay. There was CCTV of her but very few official updates after that. You’re not alone in not hearing about it …it barely made national news.

Another woman. Another body in the water. Rachel Booth vanished mid-jog at 3am. Seen calmly buying wine & milk. Found dead in a lake 2 days later. Police say “no suspicious circumstances.” 🤨But this isn’t new. It’s recurring. And it should worry us all. 🧵1/4
