Tonight, we watched our Valley Middle School players battle through the Jefferson College All-Star game! One of our players was selected as MVP of the game! Coaching has been my favorite part of this school year.

I'm am so incredibly proud of these boys! They noticed the team they were up against weren't to their level. Not only did they switch up their playing strategies, they also went out there and helped the other team. They represented Lion Nation in an outstanding way tonight.

I was lucky enough to witness this special moment yesterday! @MrDePung lending his guitar to a student to play while he sang. What an amazing way to create a core memory for this student.

3rd grade, 4th grade, 8th grade, junior year, and my 5th year with the district. This year, we are in our creating moments, Era!

What a great way to end the first week! We tried out a new game of 9 Square! Then, we ended the day with middle school trivia and outdoor games with our two middle schools coming together. Our team wasn't lucky in trivia, but we are lucky to be part of an amazing district.

Open house has always been popular at our house. We love seeing our new teachers and going to see each of our previous teachers.

What a great day! I love getting together with our whole district in one place! This was by far my favorite way to start off the year. Laughing and living in the moment with your colleagues is a great foundation for the year.

Going back to the school, you first started at is always a treat. @MurphyLions staff and students will always hold a special place in my heart. Reuniting with this special guy is the highlight of my summer!

I had the pleasure of working in our NCAT program this week. They are doing some amazing projects! Gardening, making a volcano, and bubble paint art are just some I was able to participate in. This is a great program with an amazing team.

Kidwells and cousin are taking on Summer Journey together! I can not wait to hear all the fun things they do today.

We went and saw the new Little Mermaid this morning, now soaking up some sun with friends. We are going to enjoy these last couple of days before Summer Journey starts. See everyone Thursday for our first day of Summer Journey!

25,000 steps for the day, and months of planning led us to a whole day of fun! Special Olympics Celebration, Glow Dance Party, and a school wide party that included inflatables, food trucks, and a dunk tank! Thank you, everyone, for an amazing day! @vms_principal

Cheers to 5th Grade! Thank you, @BweParents, for a fun filled afternoon to celebrate our 5th graders.

I love being able to support students in the building and out. I was lucky enough to watch this young lady dance her heart out on stage this weekend.

Map testing started this week for our district. Tonight, this was hanging on my daughters door. What a great reminder for everyone in our household.
