There is a "healthcare personality trait" we all share: we like the role of "The Helper." We share this trait with other professions which, when there's a fire, run into the fire instead of away from it.

A continuing improvement pilot, using a ten point distress thermometer, showed a standardized spiritual care intervention can reduce caregiver distress by more than 3 points following a high stress patient involved workplace violence event. Great work! @RevAmyGreene @boissyad
