@yaron__zango @MoveWithPhish @edu Yeah, I get the institutional email part. But I have never seen instructions asking for recommendation letters sent through such emails. If you say such emails give the letter more credibility, I will say cool, but to say they are required, that I am yet to see.

@MoveWithPhish This is so true. I have colleagues with whom I have published. They hold bachelor's degrees, and I have an MSc, but I have written recommendation letters for them (sharing my experience working with them on our projects), and it has worked. I was so surprised

@AfricaTornado @gyaigyimii It is better than being in despair. Even atheists sometimes find similar solace in the "universe". Trust me, such solace has helped more people make meaning of the world, move on despite tragedy and even flourish in most cases. Again, something a stripper can't give.

Update on Incident Involving Bills Micro-Credit Field Officers; The management board of Bills Micro-Credit has directed for the immediate suspension of four field officers involved in the unfortunate assault of a customer of the company, pending formal investigations into the incident. Representatives from the company have also contacted the woman involved to offer professional support whilst efforts are made to resolve the issue. Meanwhile, in line with company policy and commitment to professional conduct and accountability, the four individuals have been handed over to the Ghana Police Service as management awaits a formal inquiry into the matter .

He’s a Ga man n believes it is traditionally wrong for a foreigner to be buried on their land at a private residence rather than a designated cemetery so he made a plea to the Ga youth to use the proper traditional channels to have the body exhumed. Is making such a plea now considered a crime? I genuinely don’t understand this, are the police now arresting people simply for speaking out or making statements? Can someone help me understand which part of the law criminalizes this?
