@BenediktHuggins Doch. Denn „verboten“ kann schon von der Sache her keinen rein rechtlichen Sinn annehmen, da Völkerrecht wesentlich – auch wegen der fehlenden Durchsetzungsinstanz – postulativ ist. Ihre Unterscheidung akzeptiere ich, wie gesagt, nicht.
