Congratulations to @magyarpeterMP on becoming Hungary’s new Prime Minister. On Europe Day especially, it is important to reaffirm the values that unite us. I look forward to working together for a stronger, closer, and more resilient Europe.

Violence has no place in a democracy. I strongly condemn the attempted attack on the President of the US @POTUS, the journalists and guests attending the White House Correspondent's dinner. Glad to hear that everybody is safe.
