@premierinn I am appalled at your offer of refund that doesn’t even cover 2 nights of the horrendous 4 we spent at your rose street facility! Gone are the days #premierinn was without competition. You offer a less than budget service 4 luxury prices now.

@premierinn And I’ve replied back. Not sure why you’re asking repeated questions. The hotel moved us twice over 4 nights. Last room so small we had to keep the door open to feel less enclosed. That should mean a big apology and my total refund. You’ve ruined Hogmanay rest!
