SB 102 allows noncitizens in Utah to become police officers if they meet a number of qualifications, including residing in the United States for at least 5 years. That bill was passed 5 years ago, and Utah's growth during that time has been mostly powered by foreign migration.

It’s my son’s 10th bday. 10 years a parent and 14 years married is the greatest source of joy I have ever known. We were so young when we got married (23, 21) but we knew we loved each other and wanted to spend forever together so we have been successfully winging it ever since
