Just one piece of advice I have to give today. If you must be addicted to something, be addicted at improving yourself so much that you smile when you look at your addiction. Reverse the addiction syndrome.

@jonbrosio Love the perspective. But how do you help your nonprofit clients work less? They're largely dependent and rather looking for solutions to break free from poverty and the struggle of putting food on the table for themselves and families? Any heads up on this will help.

The market doesn't reward your effort It rewards your results You can work: • 80 hrs on the wrong thing for $0 • Or 8 hrs on the right thing for $100k You don't get rich by just working hard But helping your clients work less

@g_diets_ I'm increasingly getting worried at the level of microplastics we consume on averaged owed to packaging. Fruit stands wrap peeled watermelons and pineapple in plastic papers and left under the sun, it heats for hours and sips into the fruits we later on eat.

I saw this photo from Kelvin Onovo this morning and my chest was hot. Broken eggs. Packed in nylon. Sold at the market like it is normal. This is not innovation. This is desperation dressed as adaptation. Those eggs are cracked. Exposed. Sitting in plastic in heat. You do not know when they were broken. You do not know how long they have been sitting there. You do not know what is already growing inside that nylon. Salmonella. E. coli. Bacteria that thrive the moment the shell breaks and the environment takes over. The egg is one of the most complete foods on this planet. Protein. Fat. Vitamins. Minerals. Everything your body needs in one shell. And we are about to turn it into a weapon against ourselves — because we want to save #100 This is the same country that will adapt to anything. Bad roads — we adapt. No light — we adapt. Poisoned food — we adapt. But demand the bare minimum from leadership? That one is too hard. We are the Egg Nation. We do not stand for this. Do not buy eggs in nylon. Do not let your house girl buy eggs in nylon. Do not let price turn the best food in your kitchen into the most dangerous. If the shell is broken, the protection is gone. Full stop. Your health is not worth the discount. Don't forget to reach out for a diet plan. Share and tag your friends.

@dashacovera Besides Netflix, there's Prime with good movies too. Don't know if you have an account for that. What movie types tickle your fancy?

@sonaebenezer Hahaha... My question is, why is it madness? The healthier the calves the healthier the heart. Don't you think? Or does thie goal put the heart in overdrive? I'm also looking at it not only from the appearance, but for it's benefits, healthwise.

@StephenKube That’s not a goal. It is madness for anyone who isn’t a pro athlete or bodybuilder. Even those u claim to have seen it on, don’t actually look like this in the photo.

@dashacovera Suppose this is true of the male gender. Why would it not be true of the female gender? I really want to understand from a balanced perspective why it's true for one and not true of the other? Perhaps the man/woman dancing on tiktok is equally using it as their main hustle. 🤔

@EvansNdi1 That makes two of us and I wonder what policies we can put in place in terms of parental guidance and support to curb this syndrome from advancing too quickly on the younger generation.

@africatechie @SimplyMdawini This made me laugh so hard, I couldn't hold myself. Truthfully, I'm yet to see a tangible account that makes Biya a revolutionary. Only then will my stance change when it's proven.

@SimplyMdawini How was Biya ever a revolutionary? He was handed presidency by previous president 43 years ago. Just because he is old doesn’t make him a revolutionary.

There are 3 paths for Africa's "Revolutionaries" 1. Getting assassinated early on by disgruntled underlings & becoming a "martyr" (Lumumba, Sankara) 2. Getting couped out and exiled (Mugabe, Nkrumah, Amin). 3. Living long enough to become a villain (Gadaffi, Paul Biya, Museveni)
Simply Mdawini 🪤@SimplyMdawini

Every elderly, corrupt and buffonish dictator on the continent started out as a fresh faced and bright eyed "revolutionary" lecturing the world about the "evils of democracy and a market economy" and "building Pan-Africanism". It always ends the exact same way...

@africatechie @madibaOlivier This is very true, but our worry for the current constitutional change is that it invalidates the election of a vice president and leaves it open only to appointment.

@Orange_Cameroun @MTNC_Care In Bamenda and across Cameroon, your network reliability is a disaster — constant drops, unstable/slow data, and interruptions that make it impossible to conduct business like the rest of the world. You charge premium prices but deliver substandard service, hurting everyday Cameroonians trying to work and grow. The regulator (ART) already fined you both a combined 2.6 billion FCFA in 2025 for failing coverage and quality obligations, yet the problems persist into 2026. This isn't sustainable. Customers are fed up. Improve the service now, or watch your reputation and loyalty erode. Do better — we deserve reliable connectivity for the money we pay. Sincerely, the American in Bamenda, Joshua Tyler Berglan aka The World's Mayor aka Tah Lah #CameroonTelecom #FixTheNetwork #ARTCameroun

@SorelleTchie Reminds me of a time I asked some young enterprising ladies if they had done a market analysis to support their business idea. They thought me mad. I persuaded them to do a mom's test and they had to change course based on feedback; working from information than what they think

I'm dismayed at the fact that despite our advocacy on social media, there's going to be no hope for reversal on this because it's been "voted at assembly" with a greater majority and we know who has the greatest seats in Parliament.
Cameroon News Agency (CNA)@CMRNewsAgency

In 1970, Ahidjo was voted alongside Solomon Tandeng Muna as President and Vice respectively, but in 2026, Paul Biya wants to appoint his Vice President. Talk about selling a goat and still holding the rope tied to its neck.
