I LOVE navigating with @TopoMaps and my Apple Watch Ultra. We navigated down this rock shoot from Chikamin Ridge. I was constantly checking my watch while holding onto rocks to know when to turn so that we did drop too low in the shoot.

Finally working on @TopoMaps for macOS 26. Gotta say I really like the content going edge to edge on macOS 26.

@staninprague @TopoMaps Before I started working on the update, I thought the same thing. For me, I found that it just feels like the map is so much bigger than the iOS 18 version, even though it isn't that much bigger in reality. When I use the iOS18 version it feels cramped.

@StephenLJohnson @TopoMaps I should be out-of-hype as I'd prefer to have non-distorted river path and map below the semi-transparent toolbar. Is not the glass effect reducing the productivity value here?

There is a new stats toolbar in @TopoMaps that is much for focused on your hike when you are recording an activity.

The updated interface for Liquid Glass and iOS 26 is now live for @TopoMaps!

I pretty much did all of my navigation with @TopoMaps on my Apple Watch Ultra (even all of the off trail sections).

@StephenLJohnson @TopoMaps I have been using this app across all Apple devices since 2013 on my old iPhone 4. The Apple Watch app is priceless. Keep up the great work. Customer for life!

I am still working on the @TopoMaps iOS 26 design. First impression is that it really nice to use liquid glass on a map. The pic doesn't do it justice. This just "feels" so nice on my iPhone. (Got a TON of work to get the whole app updated.)

3D maps in @TopoMaps just launched today on the @AppStore 🎉🤩

I'm working on an off road trip to Overcoat Lake. Being able to see the route in 3D in @TopoMaps is 🤩. (3D maps are currently in beta testing.).

Working on adding 3D trail fly overs to @TopoMaps 😀

The 3D maps in @TopoMaps are different from most other 3D maps. The interaction is optimized for exploring possible routes in the mountains. You can see what you are looking at on the main map.

Super excited to get 3D for @TopoMaps maps into public beta!

🤯 today in a @Waymo. It was unbelievable. It was the first time I didn't feel sick or stressed in a "cab" in a big city. Seriously it was incredibly smooth and not stressful.

This was the view from the top of Chikamin. It was an amazing loop! Lots of off trail, boulders, scree, and amazing views!.

There's just something about the Cascades ❤️ (Thunder Mountain Lakes)
