@8dangerou_sadam Too right! I find when switching from nights to days and vice versa I was wrecked for 3 days and nights whilst my mind and body adjusted then it would be all change again! I just felt like i had been in a car crash continually.

Literally just had to explain this to a non night shift worker. 🙄
