Has anyone ever received a scam call where they mention the title of your novel and name all the places they can help you advertise?

@ClementB13279 When I start writing it’s only an idea of what will happen at the end. The more I write, the better I know a character. Therefore, there are times when the planned ending doesn’t make sense for the character. Also, I’m a pantzer, and let the story naturally progress.

@ClementB13279 I usually have something in mind when I start, but it often changes when I get there.

That’s such a relatable moment nothing like a first reader to keep you honest! Sometimes the best endings aren’t happy or sad, just earned. Do you usually plan your endings from the start, or do they reveal themselves as you write? #writerslife #writingprocess #readerconnection

My wife (first reader) is reading my new novel and asked a question that we both know I can’t answer. Is she going to like the ending? Of course, this is her way of asking if it’s a happy ending or not. What kind of ending do you prefer? #writerscommunity #amwriting

Have you ever realized one of your bad habits, then looked back at your old work to see how long you’ve looked like an idiot? #amwriting #WritingCommunity

I’m reading a story I put aside 2 years ago and loving the unlikable MC. Definitely more fun to write. What are your thoughts on unlikable main characters? #WritingCommunity #amwriting

I just finished the final editing session for the House that wasn’t There. Now comes the business of turning it into a novel. #amwriting #WritingCommunity

Well, I’m no longer the author of 3 books on genetics. The Goodreads librarians work fast.

Goodreads seems to think I wrote 3 books on genetics. Nope. I guess I shouldn’t have waited a year to setup my author profile.

Who would have guessed that a book doesn’t promote itself. A year after self-publishing Reel Ghosts, I’m finally trying to market my book. Better late than never. #writingcommunity

I listened to an audiobook today that had an AI voice. It was eerily human. Honestly, it did a better job than several human narrators I’ve heard. Has anyone else experienced this?
