@StephieAnne7 The cancellation is processed automatically for any transaction for which no order exists. That cancellation typically takes place within 2 working days and the subsequent return of the funds to your account typically takes 3-5 working days, but this can vary.

@Argos_Online your company has taken 67 out of my account TWICE with no goods in exchange. Told 7-10 for refund. CS is a joke. My Christmas is ruined. Disgusted by your company
@StephieAnne7 These pending payments are the result of a general issue with online payment processing, and are not something isolated to Argos. As they are entirely outside of our direct control, the only thing we are able to do is cancel the transaction on our end. 1/3

@ArgosHelpers I’ve been told my Lucy, Andrew and Adam there is nothing you can do. It’s disgusting that you can take someone’s money(twice) with nothing in exchange and then say we’re keeping it for that long.
